It consists two extruders, forming unit, bath, winder, the wall of which is soft PVC and rigid PVC helix as reinforced, featuring extrusion resistance, corrosion resistance, negative pressure resistance, anti-bending, good negotiability, so it is suitable to convey gas, liquid, and powder, widely used in industry, agriculture, construction, and irrigation, etc.

The spiral forming machine adopts a frequency convertor. It has a stable winding speed and convenient adjustment. Special designed compound die，plastic tendon and composite layer composites uniform.
